You will receive advice and recommendation from us. We will ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice on following our advice or to make your own choices about how to proceed.
What will you have to pay us for this service?
No fee [we will be paid by commission from the lender].
On very rare occasions, where complex mortgage needs are to be met, we might charge a small fee but this would be fully discussed at our initial discussions.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Are we covered by the Financial Conduct Compensation Scheme (FCCS)?
We are covered by the FCCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Mortgage advising and arranging is covered for 100% of £50,000.
